Terms of Service for my apps and games

I’m Doğan Kutbay (also written Dogan Kutbay), the independent developer and trader providing these apps and games. These terms cover Arrow Path, Resize Lab: Photo Resizer (Resize Lab), ShiftCue, Interval Labs Timer (Interval Timer), Kutbay - Hexagon Icon Pack, and Dumpling Blast when their Google Play listing or the app links to this page. The relevant app listing describes the features, compatibility, price, and availability for your version.

Please read these terms before using an app. They do not reduce any mandatory consumer rights. Publishing an update to this page does not retrospectively change an existing purchase or remove rights you already have.

You may install and use an app on devices you own or are authorized to use, subject to the app’s listing, these terms, and applicable law. If you are not legally able to agree to these terms yourself, involve a parent or guardian where required. An app’s store age rating and any in-app age or privacy settings still apply.

Do not use an app unlawfully, interfere with its security or services, submit malicious requests, or copy and redistribute the app or its bundled artwork without permission. These restrictions do not prevent uses, interoperability, accessibility work, or other activities that applicable law allows.

The app code, bundled artwork, and other app assets remain protected by their owners’ rights. Third-party and open-source components retain their own licences. You keep your rights to photos, videos, schedules, workout routines, and other content you create or provide; these terms do not transfer ownership of that content to me.

Arrow Path (com.arrowgame.arrowpath) is a puzzle game. Progress, scores, rewards, daily records, and preferences are stored as described in the privacy policy. Clearing app storage, removing the app, or losing access to a device can remove locally saved progress; a device backup is not a guarantee of recovery.

In-game rewards, hints, continuations, and similar items are for use inside the game. They are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash, and do not create an investment or ownership interest. Optional rewarded ads and their conditions are shown in the app where available.

Resize Lab: Photo Resizer (dev.local.photo_resizer) provides photo and video editing and export tools. You must have the rights or permission needed to process and share the media you select. You retain the rights you already have in your media and may use your own exported results for personal or business purposes.

Keep originals and inspect exported files before relying on them. Resizing and compression can change quality, metadata, compatibility, and file size. Saving to the gallery or sharing can create separate copies that you manage in the receiving app or storage destination. Advertising and any rewarded save offer are presented in the app.

ShiftCue (com.dogankutbay.shiftcue) helps you plan shifts and manage roster information. Check dates, time zones, daylight-saving changes, and imported or exported events against your employer’s confirmed schedule. The app does not replace your employer’s instructions or determine employment, pay, or legal entitlements.

Keep backups of important rosters. Exported calendar files are snapshots rather than live synchronization or complete backups. Review the destination and contents before importing, exporting, or sharing a file.

Interval Labs Timer, called Interval Timer in the app (com.timerlab.intervals), provides workout timing tools. It is not a medical device or a source of individualized medical advice. Choose activities appropriate for you and stop if you feel unwell.

Notifications, spoken cues, and background timing can be affected by device settings, audio routing, battery restrictions, and the operating system. Check the timer and sound before a workout. Do not use it where a missed or delayed cue could create a safety-critical situation.

Kutbay - Hexagon Icon Pack (kutbay.iconpack), also called Kutbay Hexagon Icon Pack, supplies icons and bundled customization assets. Available features depend on your launcher, device, and operating system. Review the listing’s compatibility information before a purchase, if a price is shown.

You may apply the bundled assets to your devices through supported features. You may not resell or redistribute the icon collection as your own product. Third-party app names and trademarks belong to their owners; an included icon does not imply their endorsement.

Submitting an optional icon request helps me plan additions but does not guarantee that an icon will be added or set a delivery date. The request feature explains what is sent before you submit it.

Dumpling Blast is a puzzle game. The available game modes, saved progress, advertising, and any optional offers are described in the version you use and its store listing. In-game scores and rewards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

Keep any backup that the app or your device supports if you want to retain progress. Do not assume that reinstalling the game or moving to another device will restore locally saved progress. Refer to the privacy notice linked by your version for its data practices.

Some apps are supported by Google AdMob advertising. Formats and availability depend on the app and version. An optional rewarded ad must be offered with its reward and conditions before you choose it. Ad availability is not guaranteed; a failed or unavailable ad does not authorize a payment or a charge.

The privacy policy and any app-specific notice explain personal information, advertising providers, optional analytics, retention, and privacy controls. Reading these terms or using an app does not give consent to optional personal-data processing. Use the separate privacy controls when consent is requested.

Any price, paid feature, or subscription must be disclosed before you agree to it. These terms do not themselves introduce a paid feature or subscription. For purchases made through Google Play, the checkout identifies the price, billing terms, and payment provider. Google Play’s applicable payment and refund procedures also apply.

If you have a purchase or refund problem, contact me with the app name and order reference, or use Google Play’s support and refund tools. Do not send full card details. Nothing in these terms removes a right to cancellation, repair, replacement, a price reduction, a refund, or another remedy that applicable law gives you. Any waiver of a cancellation right for immediate digital supply must meet the legal requirements; this page alone does not obtain that waiver.

Features and compatibility can change as apps, devices, and operating systems evolve. I will provide updates, including security updates, where required by applicable law or a commitment made at purchase. Install relevant updates and keep backups before changing devices or clearing app data.

If a material change or withdrawal affects your existing rights, I will provide the notice, choices, and remedies required by law. These terms do not allow me to remove a paid entitlement arbitrarily. Contact me if an app is faulty, unavailable, or does not match its description so I can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

For support, email dogankutbay@gmail.com with the app name, device model, operating-system version, and a description of the issue. Include only information needed to resolve it. I cannot promise a particular response time or that every requested feature will be implemented.

I am responsible for supplying the apps in accordance with applicable law and the commitments made to you. These terms do not exclude responsibility for fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not exclude your legal rights concerning faulty or misdescribed digital content or services.

If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with mandatory consumer protections, those protections continue to apply. An app being free or supported by ads does not by itself remove applicable rights.

You may contact me to try to resolve a complaint. You keep any right to seek assistance from a consumer authority or bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law, including your local courts where the law allows. These terms do not require arbitration or an exclusive foreign court.

The date at the top identifies this version. Changes may be needed for new features, legal requirements, or security. Material changes will be explained with appropriate notice and any agreement required by law. They will not retrospectively take away existing purchase rights or mandatory protections.

You can stop using an app and uninstall it at any time. Before doing so, export or back up information you want to keep. Uninstalling does not automatically cancel a separately purchased subscription or delete copies held by other services; use the relevant subscription and privacy controls. Any rights and obligations that legally continue after you stop using the app remain in effect.
